Adrianna Aviva Portillo is the CEO, founder and creative force behind Orzia Zero Inc, an experimental membership club merging culinary technology, music, 3D printing to explore sensory experiences at the intersection of food, art, and human connection.

Drawing on a background spanning molecular gastronomy, underground nightlife, event production, advanced material design, and safe-space production for sex-positive communities, Adrianna Aviva brings a radical, interdisciplinary approach bridges beauty, engineering precison with cultural storytelling.

She is a New Yorker with Catalonian roots, decendant of German Holocaust Survivors, Portillo is deeply influenced by her family's legacy of invention and perserverance- from the cochlear implant to military vehicle engineering-informs her life long fascination with how machines and human's co-create beauty.
